Cancellation Policy

Effective August 5th, 2025

OHPUL Property Maintenance (DBA Green Opal Cleaning) values your time and ours. To ensure efficient scheduling and fair service, we’ve established the following cancellation policy:

Standard Appointments

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $50 late cancellation fee or 50% of the scheduled service total, whichever is greater.

Same-Day & No-Show

Same-day cancellations or missed appointments (no-shows) are subject to 100% of the scheduled service fee.

Emergency Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen. In the event of a true emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss a one-time exception.
