• Home details: home size, bathrooms, pets, condition of the space, preferred dates, and any notes you share.
• Photos: pictures you choose to send us so we can prepare an accurate quote.
• Unfinished forms: if you start our quote form and leave before submitting, the contact details you entered may be sent to us so we can follow up on your request.
• Payment information: payments are processed securely by our booking and invoicing provider. We do not store your full card details.
• Website data: basic, non-identifying information about how visitors use our website, such as pages viewed.

We use your information to prepare quotes, schedule appointments, send reminders and invoices, provide our services, and respond to your questions. We may occasionally send you offers or updates, and you can opt out at any time.

When you give us your phone number, you agree to receive text messages about your quote, appointments, and service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts.

We share information only with the trusted service providers that help us run our business, such as our booking and invoicing software, website host, form provider, and Google services. We may also share information if required by law. We never sell or rent your information.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and tax requirements.

Our services and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
