A: After your deep cleaning, our recurring service helps you maintain that OHPUL sparkle weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Each visit includes light dusting, vacuuming, floor care, and refreshing kitchens and bathrooms — so your home stays organized and inviting without starting over.


A: Yes! We offer one-time cleanings for clients who need an occasional reset, perfect before guests arrive, after an event, or during seasonal cleanups. One-time services can also be upgraded to a deep clean if your space needs extra attention.


A: Absolutely. OHPUL provides professional cleaning for small offices, salons, daycares, and other businesses. We’ll tailor a schedule and checklist that fit your company’s hours and standards.

A: We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Housecall Pro booking system. You can pay online when you schedule or have payments processed automatically for recurring services.


A: Yes, a small deposit confirms your booking and secures your cleaning time slot. Deposits are applied to your final balance at checkout.


Q: What areas does OHPUL Cleaning serve?
A: We proudly serve the borough of Brooklyn in New York City. And other Boroughs —Queens, Manhattan, the Bronx, and Staten Island. On a case-by-case basis. If you’re unsure whether we cover your neighborhood, simply enter your zip code during booking or contact us for confirmation.


A: We only apply a small cancellation fee if a booking is canceled less than 24 hours before your scheduled time. This helps us compensate our cleaners for reserved time slots.


A: Your satisfaction means everything to us. If you’re not happy, contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll return to address any missed areas, free of charge.
