Post-construction cleaning is a detailed process designed to remove every trace of dust, debris, and residue after renovations or remodeling. OHPUL’s trained team ensures the space is safe, spotless, and ready for move-in or final inspection.

• Remove all construction debris, dust, and packaging
   
• Sweep and vacuum floors and corners to eliminate heavy dust
   
• Wipe down walls, doors, and trim to remove construction residue
   
• Clean out and vacuum inside cabinets, closets, and drawers
   
• Wipe and disinfect countertops and flat surfaces
   
• Remove stickers and protective films from new fixtures or glass
   
• Clean air vents, light switches, and electrical outlets
   

• Wipe and polish all baseboards, trim, doors, and window frames  
• Clean and polish interior windows and glass (remove smudges, fingerprints, and adhesive)  
• Vacuum all carpets, floors, and upholstery to remove fine dust  
• Mop and disinfect floors using appropriate products for flooring type  
• Sanitize bathrooms — including toilets, tubs, sinks, and tile grout  
• Deep clean kitchen — including sinks, counters, appliance exteriors, and cabinets  
• Dust ceiling fans, vents, and light fixtures  
• Wipe down closets and shelving  

• Polish mirrors, stainless steel, and glass surfaces  
• Spot-check walls and corners for dust or marks  
• Remove final smudges from doors, hardware, and fixtures  
• Empty all trash and wipe down bins  
• Lightly deodorize and freshen the space  

• Inside the oven, fridge, or interior appliances  
• Inside cabinet and drawer detailing  
• Carpet or upholstery shampooing  
• High dusting for beams or unfinished ceilings  
• Pressure washing (if applicable for exterior areas)
