1. Booking & Scheduling
- All bookings must be made online or confirmed by phone at least 24 hours in advance.
- A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your cleaning appointment.
- Appointment times are based on availability and may vary slightly due to traffic or job length.
2. Access to Property
- Clients must ensure that our cleaning professionals have access to the property at the scheduled time (via key, doorman, or personal entry).
- If our team cannot access the property within 15 minutes of arrival, the appointment will be considered a same-day cancellation and may incur a fee.
3. Scope of Work
- Deep cleaning includes the areas and tasks outlined in your service description.
- Add-ons (such as oven, fridge, inside cabinets, laundry folding, etc.) must be selected at the time of booking or requested before your appointment.
- We do not move heavy furniture or handle hazardous materials.
4. Health & Safety
- For the safety of our team, we do not clean areas with biohazards, pests, or excessive clutter beyond the booked service scope.
- Please secure pets during service hours to ensure their safety and comfort.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you’re not satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours.
- We’ll review your concerns and schedule a re-clean of the specific area if appropriate.
- Re-cleans must be requested within 24 hours to qualify.
💸 Return & Refund Policy
OHPUL Cleaning operates under a transparent, service-based policy. Because our services are customized and time-based, we do not offer cash refunds — but we always strive to make things right.
1. Deposits & Payments
- All deposits are non-refundable but are fully transferable to a rescheduled date if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
- Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
2. Cancellations & Reschedules
- Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before service may be subject to a $50 late cancellation fee.
- Repeated same-day cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.
3. Refund Exceptions
- Refunds are only issued in rare cases of verified overpayment or duplicate transactions.
- If service was not completed due to OHPUL’s error (e.g., team emergency or confirmed no-show), a full refund or reschedule will be provided.
4. Service Adjustments
- If a client is dissatisfied, we’ll re-clean the area in question at no additional cost, provided the issue is reported within 24 hours of the appointment.
- Adjustments or credits are not available after that period.
